Kick Off Block Party

  • What time will it be?

The fun begins at 6:30pm and goes until 8:30pm. Drag performances are from 7:30-8:30pm.

Games, activities and skate rentals will run the whole two hours. The street will be closed for safety.

  • Where is it located?

We are closing Mason Hill Drive at SE 45th Ave. The street is a culdesac so you’ll have to access the party from 42nd Ave along either Meadowcrest or Mason Lane and then turn onto 45th Ave. If you’d like to GPS it, please input 4467 SE Mason Hill Dr and that’ll get you to us!

  • COVID Precautions

COVID19 is still a serious risk in our County. This event is held outdoors and spans at least a block. That being said, please do not come if you are feeling ill, have COVID symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID. It’s not worth making others sick and we have a whole summer of fun events coming!

  • What activities will be available?

In addition to roller skating and drag performances, we will have an obstacle course and extra ramps for all types of wheels. You can bring your own bike, scooter, skates, or skateboard. You can also visit the photo booth, info tables, or even the goats! We will also have oversized yard games and bubble stations set up along the street and a chalk art mural at the end of the culdesac.

  • I'm hungry, will there be food?

We are excited to welcome Island Nectar Shave Ice who will provide their award winning creations with real fruit, hand shaved ice, and even ice cream (for purchase) and we will have free desserts donated by the Unicorn Bakeshop.

We are working on another food truck so check back for updates!

  • Uhhh...now I have to go to the bathroom.

This is where we can’t help, our street only has private residences so the closest public restroom is located south of us at Safeway (40th and King Road).
